Job summary

Air Products in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for assembly and spinning to operate continuous process equipment, handle raw materials, and monitor process conditions to ensure product quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a reliable work history, and hands-on manufacturing or related experience. Training starts on day shift; after training you’ll work 12-hour rotates with day or night shifts and a $1.50 night differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, with strong work history.
• Experience in manufacturing or hands-on roles preferred.
• Familiar with SOPs, safety protocols, or quality checks is a plus.
• Ability to follow operating instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate continuous process equipment for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes.
• Raw material handling and preparation of batch mixtures.
• Measure and monitor process conditions to ensure product quality.
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain records such as product inspection and process monitoring logs.
