Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Loudon, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Production Technician to operate high-speed equipment and maintain quality standards.

You will join a safety‑driven team, use SAP, PIMS and Office tools, and rotate 12‑hour shifts. The role offers strong benefits and a comprehensive total rewards package. Starting wage is $26.06 per hour with overtime and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • State or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
  • Able to maintain a 12-hour rotating shift schedule including nights, weekends and overtime.
  • Pass pre-employment assessments and drug/background screening.
  • Pass post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
  • Safety mindset with focus on hazard recognition.
  • Ability to learn and regularly utilize mill computer systems such as SAP, MS Office, Outlook, PIMS.
  • Mechanical aptitude for disassembly, parts replacement and general machine repair; electrical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-speed manufacturing equipment and supervise teammates to ensure safety.
  • Prioritize safety and operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • Use problem-solving to adjust machines and uphold quality material standards.
  • Participate in a self-directed work team and provide meaningful feedback.
  • Document and communicate daily performance metrics in writing and verbally.
  • Identify machine faults and runtime variations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate quality tests with proper documentation.
