Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and mechanical aptitude; good math skills.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment screening and drug/background checks; PAT.
• Learn and use mill computer systems (SAP, PIMS, MS Office).
• Electrical aptitude preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify machine faults and adjust settings to meet quality standards.
• Document performance metrics verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate with team members in a self-directed work environment.
