Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking a reliable Manufacturing Technician to join our assembly and manufacturing operations. This role focuses on assembling products according to instructions, ensuring quality and efficiency on a 4-day, 10-hour shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, preparing materials, inspecting outputs, and documenting production data. Candidates should have a high school diploma and prior manufacturing or assembly experience;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing/assembly/mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Follow established production schedules and meet daily production goals.
• Prepare and organize materials needed for assembly and production.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and other equipment as required.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make minor adjustments to equipment when needed.
• Complete production paperwork and accurately document work performed.
• Record lot numbers, quantities, and other required production information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Identify and report any product or equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow company quality standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on assembly work.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
