Job summary

ETS is seeking an Assembly Technician to join a hands-on manufacturing team. You will assemble a variety of sub-systems by hand, reading detailed instructions and using hand and power tools to verify quality.

The role requires reading SOPs, basic troubleshooting, and documenting manufacturing steps. You’ll work in a safety-conscious environment, with benefits from day one, weekly pay, and on-demand wage access.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing assembly role.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• High manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Comfort with computers and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
