Job Summary

As part of the Materials Team, the Feedstock Manufacturing Technician supports the production of resin, solvent, and ceramic materials. You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and assist Lead Technicians in manufacturing feedstocks.
  2. Oversee solvent production to meet demands.
  3. Ensure safety protocols are followed.
  4. Maintain clean and safe workstations.
  5. Update chemical inventories.
  6. Conduct regular quality control testing.
  7. Perform routine testing on 3D printed articles.
  8. Support Chemical Hygiene initiatives.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of chemical production experience.
  2. Experience reading and interpreting SDS documents.
  3. Experience working with resins and powders.
  4. Proficiency with lab instrumentation and testing equipment.
  5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  6. Ability to lift 35 pounds.
Preferred Experience
  1. Minimum of 3 years in pharma, biotech, med device, defense, or aerospace manufacturing.
  2. Chemical Hygiene training.
  3. Experience with database entry and Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements
  1. Ability to work 8 hours in a lab and manufacturing environment.
  2. Wearing PPE for extended periods.
  3. Movement across a 6,000 sq ft production floor.
  4. Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed.
