Job summary

Insitu, a Boeing subsidiary, seeks detail-oriented technicians for onsite roles in Bingen, WA. You will assemble, test, and calibrate UAS components, program air vehicles and GCS systems, and maintain documentation. The role requires hands-on work with tools, adherence to safety, and on-site collaboration with teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, repair, or technician roles.
• Knowledge of networking, testing and electronics troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Performs assembly, disassembly, repair, installation, and/or inspection of system modules.
• Tests and calibrates ESD stations and other test equipment; records data.
• Programs air vehicle and GCS systems.
• Reviews and updates technical documentations.
• Maintains tools and performs simple measurements.
• Uses hand and power tools for tasks and documentation.
• Completes routine business and required documentation.

What you’ll do:

• Performs assembly, disassembly, repair, installation, and/or inspection tasks on system modules and performs modular assembly.
• Tests and calibrates electrostatic discharge (ESD) stations and other test equipment and records calibration data.
• Programs air vehicle and ground control station (GCS) systems.
• Reviews and updates technical documentations.
• Maintains test and calibrated tools and equipment and performs simple measurements.
• Uses and maintains hand and/or power tools.
• Completes routine business and required documentation.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, repair and/or technician role or comparable combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of networking, testing and troubleshooting electronics is a strong plus!
• Use and maintain hand and power tools.

In‑Office Requirement Statement:

This role requires hands‑on work on our products/collaboration with on‑site teams, and will need to work onsite full‑time in Bingen, WA.
