Job summary

Attindas Hygiene Partners in Greenville, NC, is hiring Manufacturing Technicians / Production Machine Operators for our Greenville facility. Starting pay is $18–$22 per hour, based on experience, with a quarterly bonus tied to key business metrics.

The role supports the Line Leader, operating the line, and maintaining processes with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency and waste reduction. A rotating shift is required; drug screen and background check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing as machine helper/operator or related field.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing Tech / Production Machine Operator assists the Line Leader with operating the line and maintaining processes within specifications, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency and minimizing waste.

Your Role:

The Manufacturing Tech / Production Machine Operator is responsible for assisting the Line Leader with all aspects of operating the line and maintaining processes within prescribed specifications with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and waste.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited school
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience in manufacturing environment as a machine helper /operator or industrial related experience or military experience
• Ability to worka rotating shift
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
