Job description

Our client is seeking a Crystal Growth Technician to join their team. As a Crystal Growth Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift :

7-3:30. Weekends are a MUST.

Location :

Rockford, TN

Pay Range :

$24.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and operate RF furnaces and simple electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication.
2. Grow crystals used in imaging equipment to meet production demands.
3. Mix raw materials to a specified mixture accurately.
4. Monitor various crystal growth processes and maintain operational records.
5. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and process documentation.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
3. Comfortable working in a hot environment.
4. Good PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Experience in a product-oriented technical-industrial environment is preferred.
