Quality Control Technician / Manufacturing (MN)

BE Power Equipment is North America's fastest growing manufacturer of power equipment, including pressure washers, air compressors, generators, and water pumps. We are a third-generation family-owned business committed to designing quality products and delivering exceptional service.

We are hiring full-time positions (Monday through Friday) offering 40 hours per week, with opportunities available on 1st and 2nd shifts. BE Power Equipment boasts a great team and a positive company culture that makes coming to work enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming parts and components, and key quality parameters
• Ensure production processes meet specifications
• Inspect finished products and packaging for quality standards before shipment
• Escalate deviations observed
• Maintain quality control documentation and reports
• Evaluate and improve the quality management system
• Troubleshoot compliance issues on the shop floor
• Provide technical support on quality matters
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance in-process quality
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a related manufacturing quality control role
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
