Philadelphia Technician Training Institute is a growing school with a rapidly expanding Automation/Electrical Manufacturing program. We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician Instructor with an Industrial Maintenance background to teach various technical training courses.
Successful candidates will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Allen Bradley and Siemens Programmable Logic Controls, robotics, motor controls, hydraulics and pneumatics, automated systems, quality, mechanical/electrical design in high-speed processes, fluid transfer, energy systems, profitability, project management, and re-engineering factory systems and equipment at a hands-on level.
Selected applicants will teach basic to advanced DC circuits and soldering skills, along with circuit board analysis (appliance repair troubleshooting). This position emphasizes hands-on training, Ohm's Law, and applying this knowledge to manufacturing systems such as motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Pay rate: Depends on experience and qualifications
