Role Overview:

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

We are looking for:

A dedicated individual to support our manufacturing team in Rock Hill, SC. You will work on various production tasks to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve issues.
• Recognize and correct quality issues.
• Perform equipment upkeep.
• Handle materials, including packaging and labeling.
• Inspect fiber splices and setup fiber paths.
• Maintain mechanical machinery and adhere to safety and attendance standards.

Qualifications:

• Stable work history
• High school diploma or GED
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Ability to:

• Work safely and communicate effectively
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime
• Sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Operate computers and pass functional tests

Preferred but not required: 1 year manufacturing experience, fiber handling experience.
