Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Technician to join our team in the Powder Production Department. The technician will assist in producing powder batches, handling raw materials, and operating equipment for mixing. This position requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Support daily production of powder batches following safety and quality procedures

Operate, clean, and maintain mixing machinery

Weigh and measure raw materials accurately

Transport materials manually or using equipment like forklifts (if certified)

Complete batch records and documentation as required

Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (12th grade completed)

Able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds (32 kg) regularly

Able to stand for long periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift)

Perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling

Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, or temperature-variable environments (PPE provided and required)

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Ability to follow instructions and communicate in Spanish (English not required)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in any manufacturing environment (not limited to powder or similar industries)

Forklift certification is a plus but not required

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when necessary
