Founded in 2015, Medivant Healthcare established a manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ, which is now validated and fully operational. We are committed to delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare products to hospitals, providers, and patients.

As a Manufacturing Cleanroom Technician, you will be essential in producing pharmaceutical products in our advanced facility. Your responsibilities include operating and maintaining cleanroom equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and accurately documenting production processes. You will work in ISO 7 and ISO 5 environments, contributing to healthcare solutions with opportunities for professional growth.

Position Details

• Location: 24416 N 19th Ave Suite 200, Phoenix AZ 85085
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays; Evening shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; willingness to work weekends as needed; hours: 40–60 per week
• Salary: $20-$24/hour

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the quality system.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in compounding, filling, and packaging areas.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
• Set up and change over equipment for scheduled production.
• Use specialized equipment for in-process testing (scales, pH meters, oxygen meters, filter integrity tests).
• Perform calculations related to weights, percentages, and ratios.
• Handle auto/hand packing, tray wrapping, and pallet stacking.
• Conduct outgoing inspections per batch record requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness in ISO 7 and ISO 5 environments using aseptic techniques and gowning standards.
• Document production processes accurately in batch records, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Requirements:

• Cleanroom experience (training provided if not experienced).
• Basic arithmetic and technical skills.
• Attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness and documentation standards.
