  • NASA Certification preferred.

Moog's Space & Defense Group is seeking a Manufacturing Technician (Assembler). We serve evolving markets with innovation, supporting the U.S. military and space exploration initiatives. Join us in Gilbert, AZ, reporting to our Manufacturing Supervisor.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in electrical assembly & soldering
  • Experience with crimping, medical devices, and electronic units
  • Knowledge of J-STD, IPC 610, IPC 620 standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • NASA Certification
  • Experience with avionics components
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong interpersonal skills
Work Shift
  • PPL 9/80 A, 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
  • Assemble high-reliability chassis and assemblies, perform inspections, FOD checks
  • Conduct soldering, crimping, and repair of circuit boards and harnesses
  • Set up fixtures and measurement equipment
  • Work from drawings and instructions, follow ESD procedures
  • Diagnose and rework models with engineering support
  • Contribute to testing innovations and process improvements
  • Maintain cleanliness and traceability records
  • Travel to customer sites as needed

Salary Range

Phoenix, AZ: $21.63–$29.81/hour
