Job description

We are seeking Manufacturing Technicians for Assembly and Spinning at our St. Louis, MO location.

In this role, the Manufacturing Technician will have the following responsibilities:

1. Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
2. Operate continuous process equipment for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes
3. Handle raw materials and prepare batch mixtures
4. Measure and monitor all process conditions to ensure product quality
5. Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards
6. Maintain records such as product inspection and process monitoring logs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Windows PC environment
• Basic mechanical skills
• Demonstrated initiative to complete job assignments
• Commitment to quality through detailed inspections
• Ability to follow operating instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to work an evening shift

Work Hours and Pay:

Starting Pay: $25.78 per hour

12-hour rotating shift (36/48 hour work weeks)
