Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for a 6-month contract. The role involves testing, calibrating, and repairing production machines and subassemblies to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, documenting calibration results, and ensuring processes comply with quality standards. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and work onsite during the 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift.

Qualifications

Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for testing, calibrating, and repairing production machines and related subassemblies to meet quality and efficiency standards in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Test, calibrate, and repair production machines and related subassemblies to written and/or oral specifications in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency standards.
• Ensures quality and operation of work.
• Reads and interprets schematics and blueprints required to ensure proper calibration of machines.
• Timely and accurate testing and calibration of all electronic subassemblies and must clearly document results.
• Ensure that design, implementation, test and maintenance methods and/or processes are developed as well as executed in a manner which supports all Quality Standards.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills

• Troubleshooting skills — a key competency for this role.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to accurately document testing and calibration results.
• Knowledge of quality standards and ability to execute processes in compliance with them.
