Title: Manufacturing Technician I (x3)**Notes: **Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMStart Date: September 28, 2026End Date: March 31, 2027Duration: Approximately 6 monthsPay Rate: $24.00/hr.Lifting Requirement: Up to 35 lbs.Location: Marlborough, MA 01752**Description: **The Manufacturing Technician I will test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair production machines and related subassemblies according to written and/or oral specifications.Key hiring note: Troubleshooting experience is a major focus. Candidates from a variety of technical or hands-on backgrounds may be considered if they demonstrate strong troubleshooting ability.Key ResponsibilitiesTest, calibrate, and repair production machines and related subassemblies according to written and/or oral specifications.Complete work in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency standards.Ensure the quality and proper operation of equipment and work performed.Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper machine calibration.Perform timely and accurate testing and calibration of electronic subassemblies.Clearly and accurately document test and calibration results.Ensure design, implementation, testing, and maintenance methods/processes are developed and executed in accordance with Quality Standards.Perform other duties as required.QualificationsStrong troubleshooting skills are highly important.Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.Experience testing, calibrating, repairing, or maintaining equipment is preferred.Ability to accurately document test and calibration results.Strong attention to quality and detail.Ability to work efficiently while meeting established standards.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.
