We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to handle the testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and associated subassemblies, following both verbal and written instructions. A primary emphasis for this role is on technical troubleshooting proficiency; we welcome applicants from diverse hands-on or technical backgrounds who can showcase their ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.

Core Duties

• Execute the testing, calibration, and repair of production machinery and components based on provided specifications.
• Maintain high productivity levels to help the team consistently reach or surpass quality and efficiency goals.
• Verify the operational integrity and quality of all equipment and tasks completed.
• Utilize schematics and blueprints to ensure machines are calibrated correctly.
• Conduct precise and timely calibration and testing of electronic subassemblies to support production flow.
• Maintain clear and precise records of all calibration and testing outcomes.
• Support the execution of maintenance, testing, and implementation processes to ensure full compliance with Quality Standards.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
