Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Technician 1.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Operate equipment and ensure quality output, maintain production efficiencies, log machine data, and communicate effectively with team members.
2. Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures, reporting hazards, and participating in safety and technical training.
3. Perform technical tasks such as monitoring SPC charts, troubleshooting tools, processing engineering targets, collecting data, and responding to equipment failures.
4. Use computer-based programs to perform daily duties and adhere to process specifications.
5. Organize workstations, ensure 6S standards, and suggest improvements for quality and safety.
6. Complete certification requirements, seek feedback, and report hazards promptly.
7. Follow safety protocols, use proper lifting techniques, and work ergonomically.

Qualifications include 0-3 years of experience, ability to stand for 12-hour shifts, lift up to 25 pounds, and follow safety procedures. The shift schedule is Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM. Required attire includes closed-toed shoes and long pants.
