Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Technician 1.

Major Responsibilities:

• We are looking for Production Operators responsible for operating equipment and ensuring quality output. You will maintain overall production efficiencies, log machine activities, and communicate with relevant personnel.
• Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures, reporting hazards, and maintaining safety standards. Perform technical tasks such as monitoring SPC charts, responding to failed tool quals, processing engineering targets, SWRs, and other tests, troubleshooting tool errors, and collecting data.
• Organize workstations, ensure 6S standards, and suggest improvements for quality and safety. Participate in training, complete certifications, and communicate effectively with team members. Follow safety protocols, use proper lifting techniques, and work ergonomically.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: 0-3 years
• Shift Schedule: Sunday through Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays, 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and Teams
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 25 pounds safely
• Basic computer skills required
• Follow procedures and safety protocols
• Required attire: closed-toed shoes and long pants
