Job summary

Q-Edge Corporation is seeking a production lead to manage daily operations on a manufacturing line. You will coordinate associates, ensure workflow, and maintain materials, tools, and training to prevent downtime.

Role requires English proficiency and a high school diploma; an advanced technical degree is preferred. The position includes cross-functional collaboration with warehouse, quality, and engineering teams.

• Ensure associates are trained and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform production tasks as needed to maintain production flow.
• Coach associates and support daily performance improvement.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Material Handling, Quality, and Engineering to resolve production issues.
• Maintain WIP, inventory accuracy, and system transactions using SFC.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead daily operations of the assigned production line.

2. Assign work and balance manpower to meet production goals.

Education and Work Experience:

Working Conditions:

* Office and manufacturing floor environment.

* Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with production associates

* May be required to work overtime, weekends, or respond to production emergencies as business needs.

* Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
