  • Oversee daily production line activities to ensure throughput targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Conduct hourly inspections and quality checks to identify and report defects, ensuring only conforming products proceed.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by strictly adhering to established safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Manage raw material inventory levels at workstations to minimize downtime and optimize line performance.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform relief duties across various production areas as needed.
  • Document production data accurately in reports to support operational transparency and continuous improvement.
