Pro Staff is seeking an Assembly Technician in Acton, MA for a hands-on role in medical device manufacturing. Pay rate is $30.00/hour with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule in a cleanroom environment.

You will assemble small components, follow precise instructions, and help advance next‑generation healthcare products. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in manufacturing or R&D, experience with small parts, and familiarity with GMP/ISO protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or R&D technician experience.
• Experience working with small components and precision assembly.
• Medical device, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, intricate medical device components using manual and semi‑automated equipment.
• Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and manufacturing procedures.
• Operate basic manufacturing and inspection equipment in a laboratory or cleanroom setting.
• Record production data, observations, and build results.
• Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and manufacturing builds.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality standards.
