ITW Electronics Assembly Equipment (EAE) Division seeks a Manufacturing Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers and distributors. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, assist with parts identification, and coordinate on-site service to maintain high productivity.

The role requires an Associate degree (or higher) and at least 2 years in technical support or field service, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical or field service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system faults.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, Field Service Engineers, and partners.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for timely resolution.
• Assist customers with product information and parts identification.
• Provide feedback to Engineering on high-failure components.
• Coordinate and schedule on-site service with Field Service Manager.
