Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and quality standards.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and carry out written or oral directions.
• Ability to write routine reports and complete data forms.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Install and remove molds from presses safely.
• Cycle in jobs after mold installation is complete.
• Submit sample parts to inspection for approval.
• Perform operator duties and monitor injection molding process.
• Assist with problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
