Job summary

DuPont Midland, MI is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Engineer to lead scale-up of adhesive manufacturing processes, ensure safety and cost-effectiveness, and drive commercialization of new technologies with emphasis on Advanced Mobility and EV markets.

You will lead cross-functional projects with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Engineering to deliver process improvements, improve yield and throughput, and reduce COPQ while enhancing manufacturing competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally chemical or materials processing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive scale-up projects from pilot to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead scale-up activities from pilot through commercial production.
• Provide technical evaluations of process technologies and scale-up approaches.
• Support technology selection and manufacturing readiness for growth initiatives.
• Lead cost optimization and quality improvement initiatives across projects.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Engineering to ensure readiness and adoption.
