Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an ACE Delivery TPM in Michigan to coordinate the deployment of manufacturing systems across multiple plants. You will drive organized rollout planning, execution visibility, and governance in partnership with engineering leaders, plant stakeholders, and delivery teams.

This on-site, 6-month contract involves occasional domestic travel and the potential for extension based on performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
Experience in manufacturing implementation, industrial automation, or plant operations.
Willingness to travel domestically.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira and Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate deployment plans for manufacturing technology across multiple plants.
Develop and maintain standardized rollout schedules with clear visibility and reporting.
Monitor readiness, risks, milestones, and progress; manage risks.
Facilitate recurring meetings with engineering teams and plant leadership.
Track costs, schedules, and delivery metrics; establish reporting across deployments.
Escalate blockers and coordinate issue resolution to maintain momentum.
Support rollout sequencing and drive continuous process improvement.
Travel domestically to manufacturing facilities (1–2 days per trip, once per month or less).
