Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an experienced ACE Platform Technical Program Manager (TPM) in Redford, MI for an on-site, 6-month contract. The TPM will govern the ACE platform portfolio, consolidate roadmaps across software and hardware, and drive executive-level reporting to enable planning and resource allocation.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, break programs into milestones, and address dependencies with proactive risk management.

Qualifications

5+ years of Technical Project, Program, or Portfolio Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong Jira experience, including dashboards and reporting.
Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives.
Background in manufacturing, industrial automation, or technology environments preferred.
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical fluency; deep controls engineering expertise not required.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a consolidated roadmap across ACE platform initiatives to ensure visibility for all stakeholders.
Coordinate planning across software, hardware, and manufacturing technology teams for integrated execution.
Break multi-year programs into measurable phases and milestones for tracking and delivery.
Identify dependencies, risks, and resource constraints and proactively mitigate risks.
Lead portfolio reviews, executive reporting, and cadence to keep leadership informed.
