Job summary

Clarios is hiring a Business Technology Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of digital, AI-enabled, and business technology solutions supporting the IT Manufacturing Roadmap across U.S. and Canadian operations.

This role requires 25% travel and reports to IT leadership, partnering with manufacturing, operations, plant leaders, and enterprise IT. You will turn business priorities into scalable technology capabilities, improve shop floor experience, and drive value realization across Clarios’

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, HR Systems, or a related field plus 8+ years of experience in business technology delivery or related areas.
Experience leading cross-functional technology delivery with focus on business value and stakeholder alignment.
Strong experience with digital transformation, analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or technology-driven process improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of digital and AI-enabled technology solutions across U.S. and Canadian operations.
Partner with plant leaders and IT to translate business priorities into scalable tech capabilities.
Improve frontline shop floor experience, visibility, and workforce effectiveness through digital capabilities.
Drive adoption and change management across manufacturing sites and business functions.
