Job summary

Clarios is hiring a Business Technology Delivery Manager to lead AI-enabled and digital manufacturing initiatives across the U.S. and Canada, with ~25% travel.

You will partner with plant leaders and IT to translate priorities into scalable technology capabilities that improve shop floor visibility, productivity, and workforce effectiveness. Reporting to IT leadership, you will drive adoption, manage risks and milestones, and push continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in business technology delivery, IT project delivery, digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement, or related area.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technology delivery, balancing business value, user adoption, execution discipline, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Strong digital and emerging technology expertise, including digital transformation, analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or technology-driven process improvement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, translating complex business needs into actionable tech solutions with plant personnel, business leaders, IT teams, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology initiatives with measurable business outcomes across U.S. and Canadian operations, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, adoption plans, and value realization.
• Partner with manufacturing and business leaders to identify operational priorities and translate needs into practical technology solutions, aligning plant, business, and IT stakeholders.
• Improve the frontline and shop floor experience through digital capabilities that strengthen communication, workflow visibility, issue resolution, knowledge access, training, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Identify and implement opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to simplify processes, improve decision-making, increase productivity, and enable new ways of working.
• Drive adoption and sustainable change by coordinating implementation, testing, training, change management, user feedback, and continuous improvement across manufacturing sites and business functions.
• Strengthen technology delivery practices by standardizing processes, simplifying user experience, challenging traditional approaches, and introducing creative solutions that accelerate delivery and value creation.
