Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking a Business Technology Delivery Manager to lead digital, AI-enabled technology initiatives across the U.S. and Canada. The role focuses on improving shop floor visibility, operational metrics, and workforce effectiveness through scalable technology capabilities.

You will partner with plant leaders and IT to turn business priorities into value-driven solutions, guiding adoption and change across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field with 8+ years of delivery experience.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technology delivery across diverse teams.
• Strong expertise in digital transformation, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align plant, business, IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital and AI-enabled technology initiatives across US and Canada.
• Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
• Improve frontline shop floor experience and operational visibility through digital capabilities.
• Drive adoption, change management, and continuous improvement across sites.
