Job summary

Pioneer Human Services in Seattle is seeking an entry level Manufacturing Tech to join a mission-driven team focused on rehabilitation and social impact.

As an entry role, you may move across departments such as Deburr, Assembly, Part marking, Packaging, Cargo Liner, and Machine Shop. Compensation

New hires for this position typically start between $21.50 and $25.80 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.
