Pioneer Human Services in Seattle, WA is seeking a CNC Mills Operator II who can set up, operate, and tend milling machines to produce precise metal parts. You will read blueprints, verify specifications, and contribute to a team focused on rehabilitation and community impact.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of machining experience, and familiarity with blueprints and tight tolerances. Mazak experience is a plus.

What you’ll do
Set up, operates, or tends milling machines to mill, shape, groove, or profile metal work pieces. Read blueprints, drawings and diagrams to ensure customer specifications are met. Perform machine programming and train new employees.
