Pioneer Health Services in Washington state is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality healthcare to clients in a behavioral health setting. You will assess somatic conditions, determine medical needs, and collaborate with the team to establish treatment plans in a supportive environment.

Compensation
New hires for this position typically start between $36.76 and $56.36 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What you\'ll do
The RN is responsible for providing quality health care services to all clients including assessing somatic conditions, assessing medical needs, communicating with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocol and course, and creating a favorable group climate for the effective treatment of each enrolled client.
This position supports the Behavioral Health Division of Pioneer Human Services by performing clinical tasks to support the provision of quality and cost effective medical services to behavioral health clients.
