Landscape Forms, a leading manufacturer of outdoor furnishings, is hiring for a full-time role in Kalamazoo, MI. The position offers a starting wage of $17.00/hour with quarterly bonus opportunities, plus historically strong bonus payouts.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate production systems and documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and perform tasks such as prep, powder coating, woodworking, assembly, and packaging.
• Safely operate tools, machines and use required protective equipment.
• Move materials around production areas and around hot ovens.
• Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support different work areas to keep production running smoothly.
• Keep the work area clean, safe and organized.

Pay

$17.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
Historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $11,000 annually.

Schedule:

First Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm (When there is OT, it is on Fridays)
Enjoy a consistent overnight schedule with Fridays and Saturdays off.
