Landscape Forms is seeking a full-time material handler to operate forklifts and handle loading/unloading, stocking, and shipping components and finished products. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and cross-training across multiple areas of the facility.
You will work a first shift with OT on Fridays when needed, enjoy an overnight schedule with Fridays and Saturdays off, and participate in programs like earned wage access and quarterly bonuses.
Pay
$17.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
Historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $11,000 annually.

This position has a broad scope as it combines all material handling responsibilities including safely and efficiently operating a variety of vehicles, loading, unloading, receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping components, assemblies, and finished product. In order to meet the objectives, each member must be cross trained, and able to operate all necessary equipment between the various areas and comply with all licensing, certifications and DOT regulations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Operate within facility safety guidelines and promote the use of safe practices.
Knowledge of product descriptions and production scheduling/tracking and control systems.
Receive and store materials in multiple environments including non-production items.
Move components/assemblies to meet daily requirements.
Contact carriers and provide appropriate shipping documentation.
Follow Standardized Work criteria for the use of Kanban, transfers, shipping, and other related procedures.
Ensure that all applicable pre-and-post-trip equipment inspections are completed in a timely manner.
Rotate jobs as required to maintain cross training.
Participate in problem solving and other continuous improvement opportunities.
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
Safely and efficiently load, unload, and deliver components/assemblies to facilities as needed operating our equipment including forklifts and up to a 26’ box truck.
