Job summary

Landscape Forms in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a dedicated manufacturing teammate to join our entry‑level production team. You’ll contribute to material prep, powder coating, woodworking, assembly and packaging, using tools and protective equipment.

You’ll help keep production running and ensure quality standards are met within a supportive direct‑hire environment. This full‑time role offers a stable schedule, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a quarterly bonus program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work may include material prep, powder coating, woodworking, assembly, and packaging.
• Safely use tools, machines, and required protective equipment.
• Move materials and work around production equipment, including hot ovens.
• Check parts and products to meet quality standards.
• Help keep production running by supporting different work areas as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Pay

$17.00/hour Quarterly Bonus Opportunities

Historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $11,000 annually.

Schedule:

First Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm (When there is OT, it is on Fridays)

Enjoy a consistent overnight schedule with Fridays and Saturdays off.
