Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member I for the 1st shift (5am–3pm, Mon-Thur). The role develops competency in basic assembly and inspection while following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, performing visual and dimensional inspections, documenting with GDP, and participating in process improvements. Prior light assembly in a regulated environment is preferred; supervision is provided as

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 0-2 years related work experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction.
• Must learn to recognize obvious defects in workmanship.

• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI's and QWI's.
• Under supervision, follows Standard Work and completes tasks as defined.
• Assembles parts per print using manual and automatic machines.
• Inspects parts and assemblies for conformance; escalates defects.
• Completes Device History Records and GDP documentation.
• May package assemblies for shipment.
• Participates in team activities to improve processes and quality.
• Expands skills through on-the-job and classroom training.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment per procedures.

Job Title - Manufacturing Team Member I - 1st shift

Work schedule - 5am to 3pm Monday - Thursday

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to develop competency in and performance basic assembly and/orinspection operations at Integer. The incumbent is expected to follow written procedures to meet production andquality requirements.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• 1. Adheres to Integer's Values, Behavioral Based Safety process and Integer Associate Quality Policy.
• 2. Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI's) andQuality Work Instructions (QWI's).
• 3. Understands own tasks and how they relate to others on their team. Works under close Supervision whereduties are clearly defined. Will follow Standard Work where applicable.
• 4. Assembles component parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automatic machine operation.
• 5. Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications. Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances.
• 6. Completes required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good DocumentationPractices (GDP).
• 7. May package assemblies for shipment.
• 8. Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customersatisfaction.
• 9. Expands skill base through on the job training, cross training and classroom instruction.
• 10. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• 11. Actively participates in "flex break" programs as required.
• 12. Performs other functions as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: 0-2 years related work experience.
• Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction. Must learn to recognize obvious defects in workmanship
• Special Skills: Ability to read blueprints preferred. Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devicespreferred. Previous light assembly experience in a regulated industry with Medicaldevices preferred.
• Other: Able and willing to learn assembly operations; work is closely supervised
