Job summary

SIGMA in Altus, OK is seeking motivated production operators for 1st and 2nd shifts with overtime as needed. You will be trained and rotated across packaging, palletizing, NL17 support, and general production duties on a fast-paced line.

Entry-level to experienced operators are welcome; must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain attendance and a flexible schedule. Benefits include health and 401(k) options.

Responsibilities

• Packaging: inspect product, verify counts and labels, maintain line speed and quality.

• Support multiple production areas; follow safety and food safety checks; complete required paperwork.
• Cross-training: learn additional stations to support staffing needs.

What you'll do (day-to-day)

You’ll be trained and assigned based on production needs, experience, and your strengths.

Work may include:

• Packing / Packaging: Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.
• Palletizing: Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.
• Operator / NL17 Support: Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
• General Production Work: Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.
• Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.

Roles you may rotate between Packer / Pack-Off Palletizer Line or Room Production Support (including NL17)
