Job summary

Sigma in Seminole, OK is seeking dependable production operators to join a fast-paced, teamwork-driven floor where quality and safety come first. The role offers 1st/2nd/3rd shifts with overtime as needed, and opportunities to learn multiple roles across packaging, palletizing, and line support.

You’ll be trained and rotated through several stations, maintain accurate counts and labels, follow GMP and food-safety standards, and contribute to a clean, efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

• Packing / Packaging: Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.
• Palletizing: Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.
• Operator: Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
• General Production Work: Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.
• Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize production equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and quality standards while supporting a safe and efficient production environment. (Overnights 8:30pm-6am)
• Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.

What you’ll do (day-to-day)
