Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking Manufacturing Team Members for our Mason City, IA facility. This role requires safety and quality focus in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will perform general production duties following strict quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 1 year of manufacturing experience, capable of 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights, weekends) and overtime as needed. Background in engineering or automation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights, including weekends.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
• Background in a manufacturing environment or technical background with electrical, mechanical, or automation experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment in the area in a safe and efficient manner.
• Read, follow, and update Job Task Analysis (JTAs) for work area.
• Perform quality checks as required.
• Ensure proper raw or packaging components are used based on product requirements.
• Actively participate in the facility's safety compliance program.
• Troubleshoots and resolves breakdowns.
• Sustains responsibility for preventative maintenance and sanitation in the work area.
• Communicate with co-workers effectively to ensure minimum interruptions in production.
• Follow FSQ requirements such as GMPs and other daily/job-specific duties to support QRMP.

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Manufacturing Team Members to work at our production facility in Mason City, IA. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality-orientated and be willing to work in a team-orientated, fast-paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Benefits and Compensation Overview:

Work Schedule:

• 12-hour rotating shifts on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off schedule, alternating days and nights (6:15 AM-6:30 PM / 6:15 PM-6:30 AM), including weekends and holidays.

Plant Overview:

• Products: Refrigerated Ready-to-Eat Jell-O gels, puddings and cheesecake
• The plant runs 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. This continuous process is supported by four shift teams with over 150 employees.
• Non-union facility
