Acara Solutions is seeking candidates for a temporary assembly/inspection role in Hudson, MA. You will follow written procedures to assemble/disassemble wire parts for spray coating, verify counts, and maintain quality checks.

You will work in a team, log steps in Plex, and assist with coating and related tasks. A High School diploma or GED, reliability, ability to read English, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs are required. The assignment is 4–8 weeks, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and disassemble wire parts on holding fixtures for spray coating.
  • Mask, mount, and adjust parts to proper tolerance for painting/coating.
  • Verify wire counts and ensure compliance with job order quantities.
  • Inspect tools and fixtures for damage and suitability.
  • Log operation steps in job tracking systems (e.g., Plex).
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment.
  • Assist team members and communicate discrepancies to leads/supervisors.
  • Assist coating technician with the coating process from start to finish.
  • Prepare surfaces for coating: mask, plug, and block areas not to be painted.
  • Clean spray equipment, filters, and workstations regularly.
  • Ensure proper movement of finished goods to inspection/shipping.
  • Help maintain supply inventory and assist with job-related tasks as needed.
