Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Team Leader in Manufacturing Operations to guide a high-performing team and ensure safety, quality, and production efficiency. You will coordinate shift activities to meet schedules and drive improvements across processes.

Working with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance, you will implement continuous improvement initiatives, coach staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or Bachelor's with 2+ years in pharma/biotech/regulatory field
• Experience in regulated environments and GMP/ISO standards
• Leadership experience in manufacturing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team across shifts
• Coordinate department activities to meet schedules and equipment efficiency
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and support functions
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure safety and quality excellence
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training; manage costs
