Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with the listed packaging machinery preferred.
• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 40–50 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to enforce safety policies and standards.
• Ensure adherence to quality requirements and specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Oversee machine changeovers to support production schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Inspect products and materials for quality compliance.
• Coach team members to troubleshoot and solve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for production methods.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and optimize resources.
• Safely move materials using forklifts/pallet jacks as needed.
• Work extended hours or adjusted schedules when required.
• Perform additional duties to support business objectives.
