Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Massachusetts is seeking a Team Leader in Formulation Manufacturing to guide a skilled group responsible for producing high‑quality pharmaceutical and biotechnology products under cGMP standards.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate production schedules, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement, collaborating with Quality, Engineering and other functions to deliver therapies that improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with no prior experience required, or Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing experience in cGMP environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements, and ability to lead and develop manufacturing personnel.
• Excellent troubleshooting and process improvement capabilities; strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, coordinate production schedules and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop manufacturing personnel and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
