Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and develop manufacturing associates, coordinate workflows, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity. The role collaborates with supervisors to optimize line performance and maintain standardized work methods.

The position emphasizes training, process adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safeguard operations in the Ridgway facility.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of manufacturing operations experience (2 years preferred).
• Working knowledge of CPM Area positions and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Direct and train manufacturing associates on assigned tasks.
• Assign associates to operations based on production needs.
• Monitor equipment safety and efficiency during the shift.
• Ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
• Coordinate production setups and changeovers with supervision.
• Maintain and communicate standardized work instructions and training records.
• Lead 5S initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Support production plan changes with minimal disruption.
• Escalate complex issues to supervision as needed.
