Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on industrial manufacturing experience, preferably in rotating equipment applications.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to influence team members.
• Six months in current position with no written corrective actions within the last year.

Responsabilités

• Ensure work stations meet all Safety, 1+5S and TPM requirements.
• Review all Method Sheets and facilitate training of all employees.
• Facilitate scanning of work orders in the Oracle Production System.
