Job summary

OSI Group in Batavia, IL is seeking an on-site supervisor to lead a department, assign tasks, and train staff. You will assist the supervisor in meeting safety, quality, and production targets while staying familiar with department equipment.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, basic computer skills, and knowledge of SAP. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree or trade certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required; associate degree or trade certificate preferred.
• 1 year of on-the-job experience in a manufacturing setting with understanding of process flow, quality, efficiency, safety, and organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned employees and assist supervisor of the department.
• Assign tasks and stations to employees; oversee training and performance.
• Ensure familiarity with department equipment and maintain safety, quality, and production goals.
