Job summary

The OSI Group seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to support reliability-based maintenance strategies and help build a capable maintenance team. You will work with the Maintenance Manager to perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance across the plant.

You will supervise 1-5 staff, maintain equipment records in SAP, and coordinate corrective actions while adhering to GMP standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 1-5 employees and manage performance.
• Maintain equipment records in SAP.
• Plan and schedule corrective work to maximize crew utilization.
• Coordinate outside service requests and manage purchase orders within budget.
• Read manuals, diagrams, and schematics to guide maintenance work.
• Support predictive and preventive maintenance across production equipment.
